Thanks for stopping by my website. My name is Susan Whittington. I used to wake up every morning barely able to move. My back hurt so badly that the only thing I wanted to do was get a huge ice pack sit with it against my back. That helped enough to get me to where I could move forward with my day, but it wasn’t without back pain. I don’t know why I avoided going to a chiropractor, but when I finally went my life began to change. My chiropractor was able to pinpoint exactly what was causing my back pain and help me. At first I had to see him a few times a week, now I go about once a month. He taught me exercises which seem to help too. I’m going to share more with you and hope you find it to be helpful.
